I am currently enrolled at Boston University where I'm working towards a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering. Along with teaching and learning, I love to spend my time playing sports, as well as learning new languages. As someone who's a lifelong student, I understand the needs and challenges that most pupils face. While everyone has the capacity to be an excellent student, not every student benefits from the traditional teacher-centered learning approach. For this reason, I like to come up with creative activities that encourage my students to actively participate in the classroom rather than listen to me lecture. It's my goal to create a comfortable learning environment so that everyone feels confident and eager to participate. I teach a number of different subjects, including high school and college-level math, sciences, Spanish at all levels, and SAT test prep. I'm dedicated to seeing my students succeed and am happy to put in the extra work to make sure that they meet all of their academic goals while having fun in the process. When I'm not spending my time teaching and working towards my degree, I like to play team sports, practice my guitar-playing skills, and spend time with my friends and family.
